Health and Safety and Employer Liability Checks
The Health and Safety and Employer Liability Checks report shows due (i.e. upcoming) and overdue checks for employer H&S and liability.
Parameters
- No. of months within which checks are due - This sets the timeframe for the report. For example, the default of 2 months will count checks which are due within the next 2 months. This does not affect the count of overdue checks, as all employers with overdue checks are displayed.
- Employer centre - This filters employers by the selected centres. All centres are selected by default.
- Employer - This filters by the selected employers. All are selected by default.
- Exclude obsolete assessors - When set to Yes, obsolete assessors will not be shown in the Associated Assessor column.
Layout
The report lists employers and the following details:
- Last H&S Check - The date the previous H&S check took place.
- Next due H&S Check - The date the next H&S check is due. If this is overdue, it will be coloured red.
- Weeks Overdue - How many weeks late the H&S check is (this is 0 if the check is in the future).
- Last Employer Liability Check - The date the previous employer liability check took place.
- Employer Insurance Expiry Date - The date the employer's liability insurance expires. If this is overdue, it will be coloured red.
- Weeks Overdue - How many weeks late the insurance renewal is (this is 0 if the insurance expiry date is in the future).
- Associated Assessor - If an assessor is attached to the employer, they will be shown in this column.
