LLWR Missing Framework Evidence
This report applies only to Welsh contracts.
The LLWR Missing Framework Evidence report shows the missing evidence that is preventing a learner from achieving their framework.
Parameters
- Centre – This filters by the selected centres. All are selected by default.
- Contractor – This filters by the selected contractors. All are selected by default.
- Scheme – This filters by the selected schemes. All are selected by default.
- Exclude obsolete assessors - When set to Yes, if the report is grouped by assessor then learners with an obsolete assessor will be counted under a No assessor option.
- Grouping 1, 2 and 3 – These are the three categories you wish to group by. The defaults are Centre, Contractor and Assessor.
- Activity Filter – This can be toggled to either show all activities (the default) or only show activities with no awards.
- Live learners - This lets you choose whether to show both live and terminated learners (the default), only live learners or only terminated learners.
Layout
The report consists of a list of learners, grouped by three custom groupings, and a list of activities for each learner. Any awards related to the activities are also shown. There are three primary criteria for a learner to appear on the report:
- The learner must have claimed their framework in LP39 Framework Achievement.
- The learner must not have a framework achievement award (award reference LDKKFRAM).
- The learner must not have terminated learning.
The report is therefore intended to identify learners who have claimed for their framework but have not yet been awarded it, and also to identify the missing evidence (i.e. awards) which is preventing the framework from being awarded.
Colour coding
Activity lines have been colour-coded to allow you to see a learner’s situation at a glance:
- If an activity is coloured black, this means there is an award associated with it.
- If an activity is coloured red, this means there is no award associated with it.
- If all a learner’s activities are coloured green, this means all of the learner’s activities have been awarded and there should be nothing preventing the learner from being awarded their framework.
