Learners with no Planned Review
View contentsThe Learners with no Planned Review report shows a list of learners who have no future reviews planned (i.e. visits of type R - Review).
Parameters
- Centre - This filters by the selected centres. All are selected by default.
- Contractor - This filters by the selected contractors. All are selected by default.
- Exclude obsolete assessors - When set to Yes, this will remove obsolete assessors from the Assessor parameter, and learners in the report who have an obsolete assessor will be excluded from the results.
- Assessor - This filters by the selected assessors. All are selected by default.
- Assessor type - This filters by the selected type of assessor-learner relationship.
- Exclude suspended learners - This includes suspended learners when set to No (default) and excludes suspended learners when set to Yes.
Layout
The report lists learners, the relevant POT, their assessor and the last review they had (if any). The last review is taken as the most recent visit (by actual date) of type R where the planned date is in the past.
