Volume Check Report
View contentsThe Volume Check report shows the number of starters, leavers and achievers entered in Maytas by each user. Each count is of the number of POTs rather than the number of learners.
Parameters
- Start / end date – These filter results by starters, leavers and achievers entered between the two dates.
- Centre - This filters by the selected centres. All centres are selected by default.
- Contractor - This filters by the selected contractors. All contractors are selected by default.
- User – This lets you filter by Maytas users.
Layout
The report shows starters, leavers and achievers entered by each user between the date parameters (also grouped by scheme and programme type). It should be noted that it is not the start / termination / achievement dates which are measured between the date parameters, but the dates these were entered into the system. Clicking on any figure or grouping will show a drilldown of the relevant learners.
For determining achievers, the report checks for either:
- a programme aim or main aim achievement date, or
- a POT termination date and a programme aim or main aim outcome of 1 (achieved)
