Learner Attendance

The Learner Attendance report shows the attendance record for each learner in a date range.

Parameters

• Module - Filters by the selected modules.

• Occurrence Code - Filters by the selected occurrence codes.

• Register - Filters by the selected module registers.

• Attendance Status - Filters by the selected attendance statuses.

• Start / End date - Filters by attendances that occurred in the date range.

• Learners - Filters by the selected learners.

• Ready to run - Set this to Yes when all other parameters are set as required.
