Visits at Employer

The Visits at Employer report shows visits in a date range for the logged-in employer user.

Parameters

• Period Start / End Date - The report will include visits where the actual date is in the date range if the actual date is entered, otherwise where the planned date is in the date range.

• Visit Type - Filters by the selected visit types.

• Outcome - Filters by the selected visit outcomes.

• Branches - Filters by the selected employer branches.

• Assessor types - The learner-to-assessor link types to use, which determines which assessor (if any) shows in the Assessor column.

• Employment types - The learner-to-employer link types to use.
