Activity Log

The activity log is a record of user activity in Maytas Hub by the current user, the trainees in their caseload and any staff under them in the assessor hierarchy. The activities included are:

Access to the Activity log is controlled by a permission:

  1. Go to Web User Editor on the sidebar.
  2. Search for and open the required user or group.
  3. Click Permissions to expand the list of permissions.
  4. In the Assessor section, tick View Activity Log.
  5. Click Save.

To access the activity log, go to Activity Log on the toolbar.

Click the page numbers at the bottom to view additional results. To filter the results, click the Filters button at the top-right.

Here you can choose to include or exclude results from trainees, your team or your own activity, choose the type of activity to show, filter by a specific user and filter by a date range. Click Refresh to update the results.
