5.24 Maytas and Maytas Hub Statement of De-support
Rolling Product De-Support
Tribal operates a rolling de-support for major versions of Maytas and Maytas Hub. We also operate a specific version support to run alongside the de-support programme to ensure that if people are running older major versions of products, then they are running the last released version.
The following table details which versions will be supported after each major release. It is important to ensure that you have upgraded to at least these versions before the dates specified.

It is very important for us to ensure that all customers are using up to date versions. Hopefully you will agree that this procedure helps ensure that each user is getting the most out of the software in terms of functionality and when engaging with the support team.
Internet Explorer 11 De-Support
As of this release, Maytas Hub is longer supported on Internet Explorer 11, as it is no longer supported by Microsoft.
Custom App Forms De-Support
Custom app forms used with Maytas Hub will no longer be supported as of the 5.26 release in Summer 2023. This refers to app forms which have been developed by Tribal as bespoke work for customers.
App forms created via the Maytas Screen Designer are easy to create, with greater flexibility of design and new and expanded functionality regularly added, which will continue in upcoming releases as we address any possible gaps in functionality that can currently only be done with bespoke forms. Screen Designer app forms are also much simpler to support and maintain, as the forms are standardised and customers are able to quickly update or alter settings on forms themselves without having to book work for it with Tribal.
