Upgrade Checklist
The upgrade guide for each product can be found in the relevant product folder, along with additional documents to aid with the upgrade and user guides.
This document should be used as a checklist of the steps required to fully complete this upgrade. We recommend that you print this list out and tick the Completed column when you have completed each task.
The purple column headers relate to the contract areas that you undertake. You only need to carry out the steps relevant to your contract areas. The steps are also split by role: technical steps should be undertaken by someone with technical knowledge, while the user steps should be undertaken by the system administrator of Maytas.
The Technical User Steps should be followed by a technical user.
The Administrative User Steps should be followed by an administrative user.
The steps are also colour-coded by product. You only need to follow the steps for the products you use and the steps which apply to all products:

Pre-requisites
Before performing any of the upgrade steps, please ensure the following are completed:
- All 2022/23 learners have been entered into the system. This is to ensure their data is migrated to the 2023/24 fields in the upgrade.
- For Maytas users, ensure all configurable local items are synced (i.e. tabs, processes and scripts).
