Achievement Rates Overview
The Achievement Rates Overview report shows breakdowns of achievement rates figures by a variety of categories. The report is best viewed when exported to Excel, as each category then appears on a separate tab.
Parameters
- Years - The contract years to include in the report
- Reconcile or predict - See
- Centre / Contractor - Filter by the selected centres and contractors
- QAR type - Whether to show QAR data for apprenticeships, traineeships or education and training
- Assessor / Employer types - The types to use when determining which assessor or employer to count results against
- Exclude obsolete assessors - If set to Yes, this will exclude obsolete assessors from the results
Categories
The report is broken down into the following categories, each of which can be viewed on a separate tab if the report is exported to Excel:
- Total rates
- Rates by SSA1, aim and level
- Rates by gender
- Rates by ethnicity
- Rates by LLDD and health problem
- Rates by centre
The final part of the report shows a list of all learners and aims used to produce the figures, along with data relevant to the achievement rates.
