Learner Journey

The Learner Journey report shows a summary of events that are included on Maytas Hub'sLearner Journey screen.

Clicking on a figure will show a drilldown report listing basic details of the relevant items, grouped by category.

Parameters

• Centre / Contractor - Filter by the selected centres and contractors
• Date range start / end - Filters data between the two date parameters using the following field for each category:
  • Data collection - The form's due date
  • Modules - The module's target date
  • Tasks - The task's target date
  • Visits - The visit's planned date
  • Skill Scans - The Skill Scan's scheduled date
  • Learning plan - The plan's target date

• Breakdown - The default option of Hide breakdown of learners shows totals across all learners (as displayed above). When this is set to Show breakdown of learners, the results will show separately for each learner.
