Registration and Certification
View contentsThe Registration and Certification report lists objectives started between two dates, grouped by assessor and learner, with their registration and certification details.
Parameters
- Centre - This filters by the selected centres. All are selected by default.
- Contractor - This filters by the selected contractors. All are selected by default.
- Provider Defined 1 (L42a) - This filters by the Provider Defined 1 ILR field. All values are selected by default.
- Exclude obsolete assessors - When set to Yes, this will remove obsolete assessors from the Assessor parameter, and learners in the results with obsolete assessors will be grouped under a blank assessor grouping.
- Assessor - This filters by the selected assessors. All are selected by default.
- Module starts from / to - This filters by modules which were started between the two dates. The date range defaults to the contract year to date.
- Registration filter - This allows you to show only registered modules, only unregistered modules or both registered and unregistered modules.
- Module status – This filters by the selected module statuses.
- Live Learners – This lets you show only live learners, only leavers, or both live learners and leavers.
- Awarding body - This filters by the selected awarding bodies.
