5.27 Release (March 2024)
The 5.27 release contains numerous updates to Maytas and Maytas Hub and is packed with lots of useful features for all customers.

Maytas Main Features
ILR Validation Results Table
A new table called TRAINEE_ILR_VALIDATIONRESULTS has been added to the database, which stores the results of learners' ILR validation.
The table is initially empty and is populated when a learner's record is opened or saved. The date on which a learner's validation results were last refreshed is stored in TRAINEEPOT2.ILR_VALIDATION_LASTDATE.
Financial Planning - New Cohort Group Aim Fields
Two new fields - Basic Skills Type and Notional NVQ Level - have been added to the cohort group aim screen in Financial Planning (for funding model 36 plans only). This is because the rates for English and maths aims on an apprenticeship are now dependent on the basic skills type and notional NVQ level, whereas previously the rate was the same across all English and maths aims.
Scheduler - SITS Sync
The Scheduler has a new option to perform a sync with SITS on a schedule.
SITS Integration Sync Enhancements
The SITS integration sync screen can now be configured to include an option to get the full ILR record for learners. Additionally, the address type to use in Maytas can be set to prioritise the home address or contact address from SITS.
Maytas Hub Main Features
New Employer Dashboard
The dashboard for employer users and employer contact users has been overhauled so that it is more useful, configurable and easier to access key information. The new screen consists of numerous widgets, each showing a particular overview of data, which can be rearranged or removed so that the screen best suits the needs of each individual user.
Visits Screen Improvements
The Visits screen has been improved with visual enhancements and new features.
Visit Type-Specific Custom Tabs
Custom tabs for visits can now be made so that they only appear for one or more visit types.
ILR Validation in Hub
ILR validation can now be viewed for learners in Hub.
Duplicate Learner Check on Application Forms
Application forms in Hub can now include a check to determine whether a learner already exists in the system.
Improved Timeout Notification
The timeout notification for inactivity has been improved with several new features.
Task Description in Learner Journey
Tasks in the Learner Journey will now display the task's description rather than just the title.
